Forex Club is a group of companies based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines [one] participating in the retail market of Contract for deviation, Foreign Commutation Trading.[2] [iii] The company uses the Libertex web and mobile trading platform in addition to MT4 and its structure includes financial and educational companies.[four]

History [edit]

The company was founded in 1997.[iv] In 2010, it acquired 100% of the shares of the Russian forex broker Аkmos Trade. The make remained and is included in the Forex Lodge group of companies.[v]

In 2012, Quadro Capital Partners caused a minority shareholding in the Forex Order group of companies, the amount of the transaction has non been indicated.[6] [7]

Co-ordinate to the National Foreign Exchange Centre of the Belarus Stock Commutation, the company ranks first "in terms of the volume of transactions of customers with non-deliverable over-the-counter instruments of customers on all underlying assets amid the foreign exchange companies included in the register of the National Banking concern of Belarus".[15]

In January 2019, the Russian government revoked the license.[16]

Libertex [edit]

In June 2015 Forex Gild launched the trading platform Libertex.[17]
